THE T+Cs:

Weddings must be booked with a mutually signed contract by March 31, 2019 and consumed by December 30, 2019. Promotion is based upon availability and does not apply to weddings already contracted at a Kimpton Hotel and/or in conjunction with another promotional offer. Blackout dates may apply and vary by participating hotel. Weddings can include the ceremony, reception or both. Food & Beverage minimums apply. Minimum spend does not include group guest rooms, room rental charges, audio visual, taxes, service charge, set-up fees, or other food and beverage spend related to brunch, rehearsal dinner or restaurant spend. A minimum spend of $10,000 is required in order to select the 50,000 IHG® One Rewards bonus points, you must be a member of IHG® One Rewards.  The complimentary valet parking is available for two vehicles, for a maximum of two nights. The healthy breakfast perk attendance will vary by hotel. The welcome amenity perk is not to exceed 10 rooms. A two-night stay at any IHG hotel will be provided by depositing up to a maximum of 140,000 IHG Reward Club points once the contract is actualized.  Hotels may need to substitute a perk at equal value. This promotion is not eligible to receive points from IHG Business Rewards.  All of the items included in the perks have no cash value and cannot not be substituted.
